Design Styling & Interior Contracting Services include the custom design and building of interior work such as wardrobes, raised floors, fixed shelving, custom ceiling, wall finishes, floor / ceiling skirting, etc.
This package is split into 2 phases. Asian Motifs’ designers will be allocated to suit each individual project based on the client’s concept / requirement.
1st phase: Design Consultancy Service
- Provide schematic design and layout
- Provide mood boards (if required) of concept images and relevant materials
- Provide complete material specifications
- Provide construction drawings
- Evaluate and provide costs from recommended contractor for client’s approval
2nd phase: Project Management
- Monitor manufacturing and production schedule
- Inspect quality on and off site
- Quality control during manufacturing process
- Assisting delivery / installation on site
