This package offers:
Design Styling & Interior Contractor Services include the custom design and building of interior work such as wardrobes, raised floors, fixed shelving, pantry, bar, custom ceiling, wall/ partition, floor/ ceiling skirting, etc.
This package is split into 2 phases. Asian Motifs’ designers will be allocated to suit each individual project based on the client’s concept/ requirement.
1st phase: Design Consultancy Service
Provide schematic design and layout
Provide mood boards (if required) of concept images and relevant materials
Provide complete material specifications
Provide construction drawings
Evaluate and provide costs from recommended contractor for client’s approval
