- Handling all front office tasks including telephone line transferring, short message taking, receipting guests and visitors. Responsible to provide general company information as requests by callers and visitors.
- Assisting in administrative tasks to the senior officer.

| Qualifications |
- Bachelor of Management or related fields
- Minimum 1-3 years experience
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Excellent time management
- Ability to use PC including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint
