Position: Receptionist
Description
  1. Handling all front office tasks including telephone line transferring, short message taking, receipting guests and visitors. Responsible to provide general company information as requests by callers and visitors.
  2. Assisting in administrative tasks to the senior officer.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor of Management or related fields
  2. Minimum 1-3 years experience
  3. Good in written and spoken English.
  4. Excellent time management
  5. Ability to use PC including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint
