Position: Design Director
Description Develop design from given design concept through to final to design documentation. Review site condition and constraints. Source out and select all materials and suppliers. Coordinate design with other consultants including engineers. Produce and coordinate with CAD team to provide sufficient details for production of working drawings. Coordinate and manage project to ensure construction work reflects the design intent.
Qualifications
  1. Degree in Architecture - Interior Design
  2. Specialize in Hospitality will be advantage
  3. Foreigner will be considered
  4. Able to manage the cost control
  5. At least 10 years experience in interior design
  6. Able to coordinate & check architectural works shop-drawings
  7. Conversant with architectural/interior trades
  8. Fully conversant with Auto CAD, Proficient with Photoshop, PowerPoint, and preparing Quotations
  9. Good communication skills and eye for details
  10. Good command of spoken and written English
  11. Self driven and self motivated
  12. Excellent design detailing skills
  13. Excellent time management
